Le Tour de Fleece!!!

Cycling is one of my favorite sports to watch (and do, though I still am a bit afraid to get back on my road bike due to an accident that involved me, a wet bridge and a 10 hour visit to the ER. But don't worry - it was all precautionary, though I did end up on crutches and a leg immobilizer for a week).

So cycling and knitting/spinning combined? Oui, Oui!!! Enter Le Tour de Fleece:

Tour de Fleece is where you set up a goal to spin throughout the tour - how much and for the duration is set up to you. I am one of the captains of Team Sasquatch, which is the catch-all podcaster and podcaster-listener group. We also welcome handcyclists who are the knitters.

My goal is to finish up spinning some Polwarth that I got from Gherkin's Bucket in the colorway Motley on either my Kundert or Dyakcraft Swan spindles. Since my summer teaching program is amping up the ante, I will try to do at least 15 minutes a day.

Allez!
